RAMONES EXHIBITION/FESTIVAL: RAMPE4,
IN AUGSBURG, GERMANY:

There was organised really great Ramones event/ exhibition/ festival called Rampe3 by Gerhard "General" Seckler, Lothar Felkel in Augsburg, Germany in 2003. I really enjoyed to visit it as well and you can find information of it from here. Now General Seckler presents a new Ramones Underground Art & Music Fest called Rampe4 from November 17 to December 31, 2006. Seckler wrote on December 29, 2006 that the Rampe4 festival is running very well and there's been lot visitors.

Rampe4 dedicated to Dee Dee, Joey and Johnny.

There's on December 30, 2006 the last show called The Night Of The Living Dead at Augsburg "Kerosin", 12 Bands and some DJ/Vj's will give the best for Joey, DeeDee and Johnny. Show runs around 15 hours (from 2PM to 5AM) with following lineup:
2pm Full Custom Rockers, 2:45pm Paranoia Keeps Crawling, 3:30pm Surfin Birds, 4:15pm Panthouse, 5.00pm Thorsten Probeller, 5:45pm The Ramonas, 6:30pm The Wreckers, 7:15pm The Gumbabies, 8:00pm Youth Against Authority, 8:45pm The Penetraitors, 9:30pm Impotenz, 10:15pm Generation N, 0.00-05.00am DJ NONO Neumann with a 25 Years Subway/Metro Special.
From 2pm till 4pm one drink for free. Ab 15.00Uhr Joseph B. Raimond Art Special. Originals, replikas and prints from Dee Dee Ramone, Joseph B. Ramond, George Du Bose, Lothar Felkel and General Seckler.
Price: 10 euros.

Festival will be decentralising in 10 clubs in Augsburg. Art as paintings and prints from Dee Dee Ramone, Paul Kostabi, Joseph B. Raimond, General Seckler, Knoxx, George DuBose, Lothar Felkel, Godlis and many more are displayed there.

In clubs are playing more than 20 live bands, like Gerhard's group Generation N, The Penetraitors, The Romeros, The Wreckers, Youth Against Authority, The Madcaps, Die Römer and Donnerbalkengefluester. The prices for the liveshows are real cheap, between 5 and 10 euros. Also you can get a limited numbered festival ticket for the 11 liveshows for sensational 38 euros. Famous DJ´s and first hour video jockey's as NONO Neumann (Subway, Metro and Ex & Pop) are also involved. Readings from some Ramones books will be done by Franz Dobler.
